The Canadian Institute for Peace and Human Security (CIPAH) is a newly founded Canadian NGO dedicated to promoting sustainable peace, protecting vulnerable populations, and strengthening civil society and community resilience in conflict-affected regions. Rooted in the principles of international law, human dignity and inclusive dialogue, CIPAH works to bridge divides by supporting grassroots peacebuilding efforts, facilitating mediation between local stakeholders, and advancing policies that uphold human rights and human security. Through in-depth, nonpartisan research with highest standards of scholastic rigour, CIPAH aims to contribute to strengthening national and international policies. CIPAH also hosts events and provides project-based consulting and research services. Guided by a commitment to collaboration and evidence-based action, CIPAH aims to create safer, more just societies where people can thrive free from fear and oppression.
